Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site (contact, home value, tour request, listing inquiry, or the form to view or save listings) we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, and any property or message details. We use it to respond to you and to help you buy or sell a home. It is shared with Dominick Florio and the team at RE/MAX Town & Country Realty, and stored in the tools we use to manage client relationships and listing alerts (our CRM and IDX Broker).

Your browsing on this site

We record which listings you view, which homes you save, and the searches you run, using a cookie that identifies your browser. If you later submit a form, that activity is linked to your contact information so we can recommend homes that fit what you are looking for. We also note how you found the site (for example, an ad click or campaign link) so we know which advertising works.

We do not sell your personal information. Our website analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Calls, texts and emails

Where you give consent on a form, we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your real estate needs. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us below.
